Module 1 — Overview & Monitoring

Dashboard

The Dashboard is designed to give you at-a-glance insights. It is divided into four key sections: Real-Time Counters, Analytical Trends, Live Transactions, and Geographic Monitoring.

Key Features

  • Color-coded real-time status counters — present, unscheduled, late/early leavers, absent
  • Circular attendance & schedule overview charts for the current day
  • Wave graph showing attendance fluctuations over the week or month
  • Monthly insights — average work hours, late-arrival percentages, total overtime
  • Live transaction feed showing every punch with employee, device, and location
  • Interactive employee map with GPS pins, filters, and device map view

Real-Time Status Counters— Top Row Color-Coded Cards

At the very top you will see color-coded cards that show today's live data.

Present TodayThe total number of employees currently clocked in.
UnscheduledEmployees who are at work but do not have a shift assigned.
Late / Early LeaversTracks employees who arrived after or left before their scheduled times.
AbsentEmployees who were expected to work but have not clocked in.

Overview & Attendance Trends— Charts & Graphs

This section uses charts to help you spot patterns over time.

Attendance & Schedule OverviewCircular charts that compare "Present vs. Absent" and "Scheduled vs. Unscheduled" for the current day.
Attendance TrendsA wave graph that shows attendance fluctuations over the week or month. Helps you identify which days have the highest or lowest attendance.
Monthly InsightsQuick statistics showing your average work hours, late-arrival percentages, and total overtime for the month.

Live Transactions— Real-Time Punch Feed

A scrolling feed of every punch or activity as it happens.

WhoDisplays the employee's name and ID.
Where & HowShows which device they used (e.g., a specific biometric terminal) and the location.
StatusClearly marks if the action was a Check-In, Check-Out, or Break.

Employee Map— Live GPS Tracking

If your team uses mobile punching or GPS-enabled devices, this interactive map shows exactly where your team is.

Location PinsSee the geographical distribution of your staff in real-time.
FiltersSearch for a specific employee, work code, or date range to see where work was performed.
Device MapSwitch views to see the physical location of your fixed biometric hardware.

How to Use

    Open Dashboard — Log in to AiTime and you are taken directly to the Dashboard home screen.

    Read the Status Counters — Check the top color-coded cards for today's live present, absent, late, and unscheduled counts.

    Analyse Trends — Review the wave graph and circular charts to spot attendance patterns across the week or month.
  4. 4
    Monitor Live Transactions — Watch the scrolling feed to see real-time punches — who clocked in, on which device, and from where.
