1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AiTIME website (aitime.app) or any of our software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of AiTIME, operated by Aiviz Solutions, Dubai, UAE.

2. Description of Services

AiTIME provides cloud-based workforce management software including, but not limited to:

• Employee attendance tracking and biometric integration
• Shift scheduling and roster management
• Leave management and approvals
• Payroll processing and WPS compliance tools
• HR analytics and reporting
• Mobile attendance application
• Integrations with third-party HR, ERP, and payroll systems

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of AiTIME, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AiTIME only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to violate any applicable UAE or international law or regulation
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Use the service to collect or harvest personal data without consent
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the AiTIME platform are owned by or licensed to Aiviz Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes only. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of AiTIME is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using AiTIME, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Payment Terms

For paid subscription plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as agreed
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for the AiTIME platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime caused by maintenance, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AiTIME is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Aiviz Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AiTIME, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use AiTIME ceases immediately. Data export options will be made available for a limited period as specified in your service agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
