System Components

PC / Admin Console
The Windows-based workstation running the AiTIME web dashboard for full system administration.
Web Based Server
The central cloud infrastructure that stores all data and facilitates communication between devices and the admin console.
Biometric Device
The fingerprint and face-recognition terminal installed at entry points to capture employee clock-in and clock-out events.
Electric Lock
An electromagnetic or electric strike lock that the biometric device controls to grant or deny physical entry.
Door Sensor
Magnetic contact sensor mounted on the door frame to detect open/closed state and report it back to the device.
USB Disk
A standard USB flash drive used to upload employee data, firmware updates, or download attendance logs when network access is unavailable.
External Bell
An audible alert bell connected to the device's relay output, signaling shift start, end, or breach events.
Exit Button
A no-touch or push-button exit switch that allows personnel to unlock the door from the inside without biometric verification.
External Printer
A receipt or label printer connected to the device to print real-time attendance slips or access confirmations.
