Our Services
Acceptance of Terms: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AiTime mobile application and related services (“Services”) provided by AIVIZ Electronics Trading LLC (“Company”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
License: Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AiTime App for your employment-related time tracking purposes, subject to the limitations specified in these Terms.
Updates: You are entitled to receive updates for the AiTime App as part of our ongoing service provision. The Company may provide updates to improve functionality, security, and user experience.
Property Rights
Ownership: The AiTime App, all content, and materials provided by the Company are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our App or materials without our explicit written consent.
User Content: You retain all rights to your personal data and content submitted through the App. By using our Services, you grant the Company a license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Pricing: Access to the AiTime App is provided through your employer. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing structures for organizational subscriptions at any time without notice.
Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized Use: You may not use our App or Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to time tracking fraud, falsifying attendance records, distributing malware, engaging in hacking, or violating any applicable laws.
Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of the AiTime App or any related software provided by the Company.
Security Violations: You may not attempt to bypass any security features of the App, including but not limited to geofencing restrictions, facial recognition systems, or authentication protocols.
Services Management
Support: The Company provides technical support for the AiTime App as described in our support policy. Support inquiries should be directed through our designated support channels provided by your employer.
Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at its discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or upon request from your employer.
Service Availability: The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Changes to Terms: The Company may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the AiTime App, including but not limited to issues related to attendance recording, data accuracy, or system availability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
